Hello Golden Bear Wrestling Family,

If you are participating in the CAGWA Super Tournament tomorrow at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, Ca. I will be at the tournament tomorrow to Coach. Wrestling starts at 8:30 am for the first session. I will be there by 7 am. I will run a warmup for all in the first session at 7:30 am. All levels should be there for warmups.
